My passion for Coaching was a result of supporting my team members and friends. At first these were informal coaching conversations that developed to formal structured sessions. I combine this with my wealth of experience, mentoring skills and self-awareness in the corporate world. I get much enjoyment and satisfaction from helping others and seeing the development people can achieve with a positive, focused mindset.
I have an MBA with over 40 years’ experiences mostly within the Food Industry. Responsible for providing leadership pertaining to technical areas of the business. I was born in Australia and now call Malaysia my home. My work experience includes leading teams in China, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa region. I have overcome and understand the struggles and barriers to build a fulfilling career, while balancing a personal life.
After spending years building and managing food facilities, my later career has been focused on building high performing teams, developing leaders and enhancing customer relationships.
