My passion for Coaching was a result of supporting my team members and friends. At first these were informal coaching conversations that developed to formal structured sessions. I combine this with my wealth of experience, mentoring skills and self-awareness in the corporate world. I get much enjoyment and satisfaction from helping others and seeing the development people can achieve with a positive, focused mindset.

With the mantra of “that each of us are naturally resourceful, whole and capable of our own perfect solution”, I focus on mid-lifers who are at the “been-there-done-that-but-still-looking-for-more” stage in their life. Those seeking a sense of purpose, balance, and fulfilment. Working with clients to achieve greater Work/ Life balance, leading to greater joy, fulfillment and satisfaction. Every human life is one of limitless potential.
I use my life experience (building a fulfilling career while balancing a personal life) with coaching techniques and an honest style to enable clients to find their own sustainable solutions.

Leading people has been a passion of mine for some years. I get a real sense of joy and pride from seeing people that I lead, progress to leading their own teams. This is when truly high performing teams are formed, and the Multiplier affect takes place. As your coach, I will help and support you on your discovery journey to becoming a leader. Together we will explore the tools and techniques to help you achieve your desired leadership goal, balancing your roles in life. My aim is to help emerging leaders achieve their fullest potential, develop new skills and achieve personal growth.
